Shipping Information

Order Processing:

  • Your order will be shipped within 12 hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped within 72 hours.
  • For out-of-stock items, orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks once the extensions are made.
  • All orders are subject to verification at any time.
  • Daily shipping cutoff for all orders is 1 P.M. PST, Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. Delivery schedules and times vary, and we will select the fastest carrier for your order.

Shipping Notifications:

  • You will receive notification with a tracking number when your order ships. It is your responsibility to arrange for the receipt of your package.
  • Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for domestic ground shipments within the Continental USA and up to 10 to 15 days for international deliveries including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
  • Overnight and 2-day express delivery is available in the USA only.

Signature Confirmation:

  • Due to the high value of your order, all packages shipped within the Continental United States require signature confirmation delivery.

Ruis Hair reserves the right to select the best shipping provider when your order is ready to ship. Please note that FedEx guarantees Overnight, 2-Day, Express, and Ground deliveries on Saturdays. FedEx is also open on many government holidays.

Shipping may be delayed due to holidays or weather warnings.


International Shipping:

  • Customs duty taxes may apply.

Due to the customs process, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Customs and Import Duties:

  • International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes and fees charged by your country.
  • Ruis Hair is not responsible for delays or holds caused by your country’s customs process.
  • All packages will be sent as merchandise.
  • Ruis Hair ships your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) and does not collect VAT, duties, or taxes. Any additional charges must be paid for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If you make an error, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has already shipped and we are unable to change the address, you will be responsible if your package is not delivered or is lost. If your package is returned to Ruis Hair due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address at an additional shipping cost, which must be paid in full before reshipping.
