Ruis Hair Policies: Ensuring a Smooth Transaction

We want every customer to enjoy a seamless experience with Ruis Hair. Please review our policy below to ensure a quick and easy transaction.


Final Sale Policy

  • Final Sale: All hair extension sets are non-refundable once removed from the sealed, sanitary bag provided. No exceptions.
  • Color Samples: You are welcome to remove and inspect the “COLOR SAMPLES” from the open bag before opening the main extension set to ensure the color works for you.

Exchanges

  • No Exchange Fees: We offer free exchanges for any unopened, unaltered extensions and COLOR CHECK pieces within 7 days of delivery.
  • Payment Differences: If the new extension set is of a different value, the difference will be billed before shipping.

Exchange Process:

  1. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return.
  2. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which will be issued within 24 hours for valid exchanges. Write the RA# on your receipt, noting the exchange details. Returns without an RA# will be sent back.
  3. Return all items in new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition, including the main extension set (in the sealed bag), color check pieces, brochure, storage bag, and any other included items.
  4. The return must be received by Ruis Hair within 7 days of issuing the RA#. After 7 days, the RA# becomes void, and the hair extensions are not returnable.
  5. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance, a tracking number, and retaining your shipping receipts until the exchange is processed.

Important: Ruis Hair is not responsible for missing, damaged, lost, or returned packages. Any damaged, used, or altered extensions will be returned to you and are not eligible for exchange or return.


Returns for Refund

  • Refund Policy: We accept returns on unopened, unaltered hair and COLOR CHECK pieces within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return Process: Follow the same steps as for exchanges. Ensure the return is in NEW, UNUSED, UNALTERED, UNDAMAGED condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable as it was used to ship your order to you.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 8 hours of receiving your return at Ruis Hair.

Cancellations

  • No Cancellation Fees: Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placement with no fees.
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed and sent to our shipping department within 2 to 6 hours. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must be returned following the “Returns for Refund” policy.
  • Refund Processing: Cancellations are processed within 8 hours.
